Happy Valentine’s Day! Wine and dine that special someone over champagne at 101 Steak. In addition to the regular menu, Chef Joey is offering lobster bisque, a surf and turf with mushroom and shallot encrusted petite filet topped with Georgia shrimp scampi, miso glazed seabass with ginger beurre blanc, and chocolate mousse with raspberry chantilly cream. Specials are offered from February 10th until the 17th.
